Located a few steps from the beach of Marina di Mancaversa (LE), in a very residential and quiet area, 4 luxury apartments with outdoor spaces, new and furnished with great care, in an elegant and refined style. Our apartments, each inspired by one of the four elements: water, fire, earth and air, welcome guests in a refined environment, full of charm and atmosphere. A living area: spacious and equipped with a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and large fridge, table with chairs and comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area: one or two double bedrooms and / or bunk beds. The bathroom, functional, modern and complete with shower cabin, is equipped with a hairdryer. High quality linens and towels are provided free of charge. The apartments have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a safe and a washing machine. Each apartment has a private outdoor area for exclusive use, shaded and equipped with everything needed for eating meals outdoors. Additional comforts such as outdoor shower, laundry, drying rack and deck chairs will make your holiday even more enjoyable. The roof / terrace of the house is organized in a common area with a lounge area composed of sofas and tables where you can sip a good aperitif while enjoying the sunset over the sea. Guests also have access to a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi and solarium. A barbecue area with tables and chairs has been set up for those who want to dine "sea view" caressed by the evening breeze. Considering the highly residential area, you can safely park your car in front of the house for free.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GIUSY (the owner) a message.

    If GIUSY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
