Casa Rosina is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Rosina you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Rosina is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Marina di Ascea, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet) and the beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).

Casa Rosina is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the garden going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Casa Rosina we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The complex consists of three buildings (each one has two floors) divided into several apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance, and a balcony or a terrace or a patio. The residence's quiet and airy surroundings include a green olive grove, typical of the Cilento National Park.

The beach and the sea are approximately 500 meters (546 yards) away, and you can reach them by walking along a private path among the shady olive trees. The beach, five kilometers long (three miles), is sandy and wide, terminating at the south end with a foaming reef.

As a guest of the complex, you can use the sun deck with warm outside showers, the kids' playground, and the volleyball and basketball courts. You will also enjoy the orchard, where there are fruit trees of all kinds, and where you can discover the taste of truly fresh fruit.

Garden

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by perfumed fruit trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Parking

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio

The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

    How do damage deposits work?
