Create a memory that will last a lifetime! Spend a week with an Outstanding View, A Pool, A Palm, A Beach and the Ocean! The last property next to the half mile long Coco Plum Beach in Marathon. A beach this size is a rariety in the Keys. Walk the beach and pick up shells and hermit crabs but don't disturb any turtles nesting. There is a hidden pond/lake right next to this unit that is a refuge for Waterbirds and other unique animals. We will provide a couple sets of snorkeling gear and a couple of fishing poles open up a whole new world to you and your family. Snorkel in the ocean, picnic on the beach or sit by the pool, it is your call. Either way, you and your friends will not forget this vacation.

I also have 2 tennis racquets (tennis courts on site), 2 beach chairs with an umbrella, 4 sets of snorkel equipment, 2 fishing poles, 4 aluminum Bicycles, a 12 ft. tandem kayak, 3 life jackets, 3 flat screen TVs, a Blu-ray player, a dvd player, a VCR, blazing fast wireless internet, beach towels, reverse osmosis drinking water system, toaster oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, icemaker, etc. We are also right on a very nice Bike Trail.

There is a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom with a private Master Bath and 2 twins in the second bedroom. I usually rent from Saturday to Saturday with arrivals at 3:00 PM and departures at 10:00 AM. The calendar does not show half days so it can be a little confusing when looking at Saturdays.

Rental Lic # PLR2012-00009 (I usually rent from Saturday at 3 PM to Saturday at 10 AM. Please check my Calendar for Availability... I keep it updated as much as possible.

You can Visit Pigeon Key Island, Dolphin Research Center, Keys Island Fishery, Stuffed Pig Restaurant, Key Colony Beach Inn, Sombrero Country Club, Crane Point Museum, 7 Mile Bridge, Sombrereo Reef, Dining at Berdines, Keys Fishery, Stuffed Pig, Cuban and Chinese Restaurants, Playground at Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Key Lime Pie Factory, and more that are all close by.

Some recent updates... 2 new bicycles bringing the total up to 4 Beach Cruisers, rescreened the condo with a finer (20/20) insect (no-see-um) proof screen system. We also use the Hospitology (anti-bed bug) Mattress and Boxspring incasements on every bed. We also provide dishwasher detergent packets, laundry soap packets, and a small bottle of dish soap.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Todd (the owner) a message.

If Todd (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
