“Fabulous Vacation Property” From the moment we pulled up to the private gate's, I knew we made the right choice. Walking in the front door the the whole place smelled clean and fresh and waiting for us on the counter was a bottle of wine and some treats to start our stay out right. Absolutely fantastic view, the pool the kid's are still talking about how they would lay in the pool at night looking up at the stars. The Zito's delivered everything they said they would, we had a fabulous time and we will definately be back again. Thank you again for a fantastic vacation.

“Awesome! place to stay--March 16th,2013” Very clean/large/modern Villa to stay in. Owners were very helpful & the amenities were well thought out--beds that were new & very comfortable, soaps in bathrooms, coffee w/ filters already there, paper products supplied, Margarita mixer, floats for the pool-- the list could go on . There was a gift basket & a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. Nice touch! Great central location for upper & lower Keys activities.Complex very family friendly & quiet. Best part is walking out to the back porch with my morning coffee & finding a family of manatees in the basin! They stayed most of the morning. Thanks John & Judi for such a lovely place to stay!
