From the owner

Imagine waking up to the view of a beautiful volcano and lush gardens. A beautiful country Villa for rent located on highway Managua-Masaya (km marker 19.8). "Villa Mercedes" has a very nice view of volcano Masaya, beautiful large garden and patio area.

Also included is parking for five cars, water tower (very important in Nicaragua), propane gas, and wood or charcoal barbecues. Other amenities are cable tv, washer and 24 hours watchman . The house has two bedrooms with air conditioning; 3 double beds and two single beds. We supply linens, towels, fully-equiped kitchen with refrigerator, stove coffee maker, and toaster. For days, and week stays, coffee, milk, and breakfast items are provided upon arrival for you to enjoy. Not included on monthly rentals and not replenished by host.

Accommodation rate is for six people in this house. Maximum accommodations up to eight. For each additional person there is a $10.00 /day charge.

The house is located close 30 minutes from Granada,10 minutes from Managua,10 minutes from Masaya,30 minutes to the white towns (Catarina, San Juan de Oriente, Diriomo, Diria, etc.) less than two hours from San Juan del Sur, and 1 1/2 hours from the beaches of Montelimar, Pochomil and Masachapa. And we have three restaurants close to the property,Te Ho Chinese restaurant(km 19.8),Las Jicaritas Nicaraguan steak house(km19.3) and El Cerdito wich is a Nicaraguan food restaurant(km20).also we have El Raizon grocery store (km 20.5).

Stayed at this home for less than a week and wished I had planned to stay longer. Bedrooms are private. Both bedrooms have AC. Rest of the home doesn't but it wasn't too hot in October. One … More
