Casa Blanca is one of the most desirable houses in Mal Pais/Santa Teresa. It is a modern two-story house with three spacious bedrooms (all with views to die for) and three bathrooms tiled and supplied with Italian furnishings.

This modern house is just 1 km from the Mar Azul Beach perched on the hilltop allowing you total tranquility with the most breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean.

There is a 20m Infinity Lap Pool and a third story Roof Terrace complete with mini-bar where you can sit and watch the monkeys and reach up and touch the fluffy clouds gently flowing overhead.

All rooms have magnificent views of Pacific Ocean or Jungle and are air-conditioned.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with toaster, blender, industrial mixer, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker and so much more.... you'll have a great time cooking and enjoying this kitchen.... and there's a BBQ just in the back garden!!

The Poolside Room has a DVD Library of over 400 DVD Titles. The house has speakers throughout and you can bring IPOD, IPHONE and CDs to enjoy.

The house also has a G5 Computer and Mac (in Jungle and Mar Azul Rooms) with WIFI throughout. So, if you don't want to bring your computer, please log into ours and use to your heart's content.

The pool has flotation mattresses, Kids Wings and more. So, just come (no need for towels as we provide them) and enjoy yourself in total tranquility at the 22m Lap Pool with Infinity Edge overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

There are private areas: Day Bed overlooking the Jungle, Massage Cabina overlooking the Pacific, Covered Pool Lounge, Shaded Kitchen Patio with Lounger..... and more secret areas to explore.

This home is incredible. There are no words to describe it. Every room, every view is perfect. There were days we debated leaving the house as it had everything we wanted and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
