The apartments are located 200 meters from the beautiful beaches.

Each is apartment of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. Each room is fully air-conditioned, and SAT has TV, WiFi,

After you parking your car in the undercover car park you can put your keys away as you will not need it during your stay with us. Within 200m are beautiful Makarska beaches , shops,bakery,restaurant,cafebar,.. however if you are wanting to explore further and take in the scenery,a scenic train is available daily that goes from one side of the waterfront to the other and returns. To get to the city centre you can walk along the waterfront. It is beautiful walkway lined with restaurants ,cafe bars and all kind of fun for the entire family.

The price includes rent final cleaning, towels, sheets , electricity, water and tourist tax so there is no extra hiden costs.

Why can't I call Zivka (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
