Bus run along the coast road every few minutes taking people length of the island, via the capital, Bridgetown. For shoppers, Lime Grove in Holetown can offer you premium brands such as Louis Vuiton, Longines and Armani. “Breathtaking view, beautiful house - an amazing holiday”

Reviewed 7 Apr 2016

Gorgeous house, perfectly designed and positioned to benefit from the amazing view over the Caribbean. L'Atelier provided the perfect setting for our family holiday (with teenagers). We loved the daily walk/swim along the beach - what better way to start the day, and then to come back to one of Anthony's cooked breakfasts. And what better way to end the day than sitting on the terrace watching the fire flies dance over the gully. Anthony was a wonderful chef, he turned out meal after delicious meal. He's just so cool! And chilled! And we loved Molly and Shernille, who worked so hard, and looked after both us, and the house so well. Their laughter was infectious. The pool was perfect - a lovely size and immaculately maintained. And a final word of thanks for Deborah - who manages everything in the background so smoothly and capably. Our plane home was delayed for several hours - one phone call to Deborah, and all was sorted for us to stay at the house a little longer, taxi to the airport re-scheduled, Molly and Shernille's cleaning rota was re-jigged etc. That really made a difference to our last day. Roll on next year and a return visit...!

“BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, WELCOME TO PARADISE!!!!!”

Reviewed 16 Dec 2015

My girlfriends and I rented the house to celebrate my 30th Birthday. The house was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures do it no justice. Chef Anthony made the trip unforgettable, going above and beyond to accommodate us! Our stay would have not been the same without him. Judy (house keeper) was so pleasant and thorough. And Deborah (house manager) was always a phone call away. I am so pleased with my experience at The Atelier House!

“Fabulous holiday home”

Reviewed 10 Apr 2014

The teenagers in our party thought Atelier House should feature on MTV's "Teen Cribs" program. It looks slick and gorgeous, but is also very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything to make your holiday easy and relaxing. Cooking was a pleasure, and Anthony the cook was also absolutely brilliant. Cooking exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it and he genuinely cared about the food, using fresh herbs and turning out delicious meals in a relaxed manner. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom has the MOST amazing views. The location is quiet and peaceful, just a few minutes drive from the beach and Holetown. Wonderful views, sunsets and plenty of space for everyone to find their own corner. We will be back. Perfect for our extended family of older children and adults.

“We had a perfect time in this luxury Barabados villa”

Reviewed 24 Feb 2013

We couldn¹t have chosen a better location or a more beautiful house for our first experience of Barbados, where we stayed for a week with another family. The house is simply stunning, a glorious, spacious and relaxing environment with cooling breezes and a stunning view from the poolside that is the ideal spot (with cocktail in hand) to view the Caribbean sunsets. There is plenty of space for the children and the adults to be amply accommodated and the facilities and finishes are perfect and luxurious. It is minutes from the west coast beach, some wonderful bars and restaurants and all the amenities of the (inauspiciously named) Holetown. Standard villas are easy to find on the island, but this is a unique and lavish property to which we are already longing to return.
