Le gite Normandie se trouve a 25 km de Rouen avec ses nombreux musées, Pub irlandais, ses vieilles rues. Giverny le célèbre village de claude Monet a seulement 30 km, a ne pas louper dans le circuit le château de gaillon, le Château Gaillard.
Nous sommes au centre de l'Eure et tout autour du gite Normandie de très nombreux circuits touristique dans un rayon de 50 km.

A l'étage se trouve 2 chambres.Une familiale lits king-size qui peuvent être séparés offrant ainsi 3 couchages individuels, la seconde chambre 1 lit king-size qui séparé offre 2 couchages individuels. sur la pièce palière un coin sommeil avec un lit de
90 cm x190 cm, penderie et rangements dans chaque chambres.
1 grande salle de douche.
Le gîte est élégamment meublé avec des meubles et tableaux du 18e siècle et des meubles contemporains 19e et 20e siècle, chinés dans les brocantes et les antiquaires de la région..
L'accès au grand jardin collectif et partagé se fait par un passage vouté sous la maison des propriétaires qui habitent sur place ce qui facilite l'accueil et le partage.2 BBQ sont mis a disposition pour les gites-appartements.

Le jardin n'est pas clos, avec accès direct au bord de l'eau, pêche possible sur les berges de la propriété. En été lorsque la saison est bonne nous partageons avec nos hôtes les récoltes de notre jardin entièrement bio.
En face se trouvent des îles classées réserve naturel, et c'est avec bonheur que nous accueillons tout au long de l'année de nombreux oiseaux que vous pourrez découvrir. Les enfants ne peuvent y accéder seuls.
Nous fournissons dans la location le linge de lit et le linge de maison.
A votre arrivée vous dégusterez les confitures maison que nous offrons a nos hôtes.
Toute l'année nous accueillons les collaborateurs des entreprises en déplacement , les personnes venant a des séminaires, mutation, déménagement.Des familles pour un week-end,vacances scolaires a la campagne, besoin de se ressourcer ballade en fôret de bord.équitation au Vaudreuil/Val de reuil.
Moyen, long et cour séjours nous nous adaptons a la demande en fonction des disponibilités. Nuitées possibles.
