This bright, comfortable villa named "Les Magnanarelles" in Lourmarin, among lavanders is on a wooded land in a private gated community, very safe. It features marble flooring throughout and is tastefully furnished with modern and classic pieces. There is a large furnished shaded terrace, a Weber gas grill BBQ, heated pool in June, July, August, pool's furniture, umbrellas.

The spacious and welcoming house can take up to eight adults in comfort plus one young child in a crib.

Large living area with a tuned piano, TV with several language channels, Hifi, CD&DVD player, Wifi Optical fiber, Wii U with Game Pad.

A well equipped kitchen and one additional refrigerator in the garage.

The marble floor of the house, ionized films on the windows and efficient walls insulation keep the house fresh in summer.

Fans in each room available and mosquito nets.

On the first floor is: one double bedroom with a king size bed (180X200) and en-suite bathroom with WC.

One mezzanine bedroom with either two single beds (90X200) or one king size bed (180X200) and en-suite shower-room with WC.

The library with English and French books, CD's & DVDs, internet optical fiber in the whole house and outside.

On the ground floor is: one double bedroom with a Queen size bed (160X200), one double bedroom (140X200). They both open onto the terrace, gardens and pool.

There is one separate bathroom with WC shared by the 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and one half bath.

There is a play room with Foosball, tennis table, many games and toys.

Magnificent view of the valley, the villa is located on a peaceful gated hill with other houses, the property is inviting, has much privacy and typical Mediterranean garden. The view is towards the village of La Roque d'Anthéron and the mountain of the Cote.

Many beautiful views from our hill towards the village of Lourmarin, The Luberon's hills and Les Alpilles mountains.

End of stay cleaning fee 250€ due up on arrival.

Thank you for leaving a nice review. We are pleased that you liked the house but we understand that you’d have preferred to have colder air in the house and warmer water in the pool. Concerning the AC, when building our house we paid great attention to the insulation that we chose the most efficient possible, these are special walls: the house remains warm in the winter and cool in the summer of the most natural way possible. Also the floor is tiled with marble which helps keep the house fresh. The living room and dining room windows are covered with ionized films that prevent the heat from heating inside the house. To increase the fresh air 3 bedrooms each have a ceiling fan and the mezzanine bedroom has 2 floor fans. However even if the house had an AC, Provence is a region where life is outside and experience has proven that all the doors and windows of the house remain open during the day. Regarding the temperature of the pool it is at 28 ° programmed at the beginning of the season. With you I highly recommend this unforgettable area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
