- Il Trullo di Ben è composto da letto matrimoniale king-Size, cucina completamente arredata, dotata di piatti, stoviglie, tovagliato e di tutti i comfort necessari, oltre a lavastoviglie e forno a microonde; bagno con doccia. L'interno è completamente in pietra viva. Antistante all'abitazione si dispone di ampio patio con pergolato in legno arredato con comode poltrone, tavolo per pranzare o cenare all'aperto. Dispone inoltre di cassetta di sicurezza, Wi-Fi Gratis in tutti gli ambienti interni ed esterni;

- L'altra unità abitativa attigua al Trullo è completamente indipendente. La struttura è a Cummersa, altra tipica costruzione locale. E' composta da letto matrimoniale king-Size,

bagno con doccia, antistante all'abitazione si dispone di ampio patio con pergolato in legno arredato con comode poltrone. Dispone inoltre di cassetta di sicurezza, Wi-Fi Gratis in tutti gli ambienti interni ed esterni.

Economize the water consumption since the house is not served by conventional water supply and as everyone knows for Puglia, water is a precious commodity. The change of sheets and towels will be done once a week. This linen must not 'absolutely' be used in the pool area or outside the home.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Ugo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
