Duplex dans Une charmante maison de ville en pierre de Tuffeau nouvellement restauré, à 200 m du donjon de Loches et 5 minutes à pied du centre ville (tous commerces), idéal pour une famille de 4 afin de passer un séjour de détente ou touristique parmi les châteaux de la Loire (Loches, 20 min de Chenonceau, 30 min d'Amboise, 45 min d'Azay le rideau, 1h15 min de Chinon, 30 min de Tours).

Au rez de chaussée , cuisine équipée avec coin repas (4 couverts), salon avec canapé lit, tv ,lecteur dvd,

A l'étage, chambre lit double, salle d'eau, wc séparé

Cour intérieure ,terrasse abritée privée avec vue sur le donjon, table de jardin pour 4 personnes

Chauffage et internet compris dans le prix de la location.

Merci pour cet avis qui m'a réellement touchée car j'ai mis beaucoup de coeur et d'énergie à la restauration et la décoration de cette ancienne cordonnerie. Désolée que vous ayez été surpris des frais supplémentaires (qui restent optionnels) concernant le linge de lit, de toilette et le ménage, je veillerai à ce que cela apparraisse plus clairement dans l'annonce. Certains propriétaires indiquent des tarifs plus élevés avec une formule tout compris, mon choix est de proposer ces services en options afin de diminuer le tarif de la location ( et donc des frais associés) et donner la possibilité à plus de vacanciers de séjourner dans un gîte de qualité en fonction de leur budget.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephanie (the owner) a message.

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
