Charmante maison en pierre de Tuffeau, idéale pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes, ou pour 2 couples, dans une ancienne bergerie restaurée, afin de passer un séjour de détente ou touristique parmi les châteaux de la Loire.

Possibilité de location au week-end et à la nuitée en semaine hors vacances scolaires.

Pour vos visites:

Nous nous situons à 8min de Loches, 20 min de Chenonceau, 30 min d'Amboise, 35 min d'Azay le rideau, 50 min de Chinon, 40 min de Tours,...et de nombreux autres châteaux et caves pour les amateurs à découvrir…

Pour vos loisirs:

Grand terrain totalement indépendant et sans vis à vis devant le gîte avec portique ;

dans le village (à 500m) aire de jeu avec panier de basket, grand terrain de foot et petite rampe pour skate ou roller ;

dans le village voisin (à 3 km),grande aire de jeu avec terrain de basket, structure de jeu, terrain de tennis ;

A 5 km, centre équestre,

A Loches (à 8 km) piscine naturelle et toboggan (Naturéo) et centre de bien être (Les Bains Douches) avec hammam, sauna, piscine thalasso ;

Nous sommes également à 45 min du Futuroscope de Poitiers, 45min du zoo de Beauval et de nombreuses autres activités à proximité (karting, golf...)

En rez-de-chaussée :

-cuisine ouverte sur salon avec: plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, micro ondes combiné grill, frigo ,lave vaisselle, lave linge, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine, vaisselle, cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, petit kit de démarrage (sac poubelle, liquide vaisselle, sel, poivre, sucre, thé, café).

-coin repas constitué d'une grande table pouvant accueillir 5 couverts, vue sur la campagne et magnifique cheminée en pierre de tuffeau avec poêle (décoratif uniquement)

-coin salon avec: TV (chaînes tnt par satellite), lecteur cd et dvd, canapé , 2 fauteuils , tables basses, cd, livres, magazines à votre disposition.

-chambre avec 2 superbes lits simples à baldaquin, un bureau, un tabouret un fauteuil , un meuble de rangement à casiers avec portant,

vue sur la campagne par la petite porte fenêtre.

-Salle de douche (receveur de douche 90x90)avec wc.

-Escalier menant à une 2ème chambre.

A l'étage :

-Chambre ouverte et mansardée avec une charpente du XVIIème conservée et restaurée : lit 140x190, lit 90x190,bureau, 1 chaise,portant, coiffeuse,commode,étagère, petit meuble de rangement.

Terrasse indépendante avec salon de jardin donnant sur un grand terrain privé avec balançoire, petit abri .

Pour alléger vos bagages, nous pouvons vous fournir linge de lit (10 euros par lit) et le linge de toilette(5€/personne)

Un forfait ménage à 40euros vous est proposé pendant ou en fin de séjour afin de profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

Animal de petite à taille moyenne accepté sur demande ( supplément de 40€ pour la durée du séjour)

How do damage deposits work?

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
