VILLA CANYELLES es una bonita casa a 800m de la playa de "Cala Canyelles" en una zona residencial muy tranquila con piscina privada.

La casa tiene 150m2 distribuidas en 2 plantas y garaje:

Zona garaje:

garaje a pie de calle, con capacidad para mínimo 2 grandes coches.

gran apertura con 2 puertas.

posibilidad de no entrar el coche dentro del garaje, y aparcar delante del garaje, en la zona de parquing exterior de la casa, aprox. para 2 coches.

La playa más próxima es la playa de Canyelles, muy familiar y una de las playas más prestigiosas de Lloret. Gracias a su genial ubicación, usted podrá dejar el coche en la casa (un privilegio en Lloret), y ir andando a la playa, y así ahorrarse los inconvenientes de buscar parquing. Por este motivo esta casa cada año es muy solicitada por nuestros clientes.

El supermercado más próximo está sólo a unos 2 km, con todo lo necesario para sus compras.
