GREAT HOUSE AT 800M. FROM THE BEACH OF CANYELLES WITH PRIVATE POOL AND GARDEN. Nice house 800m from the beach of "Cala Canyelles" in a quiet residential area with private pool. Villa Canyelles has a capacity for 8 people. The house has 150m2 distributed on 2 floors and garage: On the lower floor: there is a large garage at street level, with capacity for at least 2 large cars. Grand opening with 2 doors. There is also the possibility of not entering the car inside the garage, and parking in front of the garage, in the outdoor parking area of the house, approximately there is room for 2 cars. On the first floor: access by stairs, spacious living room with a large American kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. This plant has access to the outside, where the large main terrace, covered and very cozy with wooden roof. This terrace is one of the most important features that our guests value, where they enjoy the hot summer days. On the upper floor: large living room open to the staircase with fireplace and large sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Villa Canyelles has a beautiful outdoor area of new construction, with a large private pool with terrace, lawn garden, and next to the garden the barbecue area. Free WIFI internet connection. Villa Canyelles is located in an exclusive area due to its proximity to the sea, only 800m from the beach, tennis club, marina, water activities and the most prestigious restaurants of Lloret de Mar are a few meters from the house. The nearest beach is the Canyelles beach, very familiar and one of the most prestigious beaches of Lloret. Thanks to its great location, you can leave the car at home (a privilege in Lloret), and walk to the beach, and thus save the inconvenience of looking for parking. For this reason this house every year is very requested by our customers. The nearest supermarket is only about 2 km away, with everything you need for your purchases. * In this accommodation groups of young people are admitted. * Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior authorization from us.
