Description

Our 420 m2 villa is divided into two main floors. The villa is especially designed for outdoor living. You find the swimming pool of 10×5 m on the same level as the living and dining area, and the south facing façade is made of large sliding windows that disappear into the walls, opening the house to a maximum, bringing the outside inside. From 2017 we have a fantastic jacuzzi with 65 jets, where you can relax in perfect privacy and tranquility while enjoying the views of the sea and green hills.

The ground floor includes a large space that covers the large living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Opening the top-to-bottom windows, you immediately connect to the terrace with the infinity style swimming pool. On this floor you also find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and garden with jacuzzi, and a guest toilet.

With a floating stairs you access the second floor, where you find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Waking up you can immediately enjoy the beautiful sea view and have breakfast on the terrace at bedroom level. Then there is the master suite with bath, shower and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have built-in closets.

On the level -1 you find a special bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a garden patio, as well as a very spacious 7th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a capacity up to 4 beds, ideal for children that want to sleep together.

Outside, the pool area with reclining chairs offers a fantastic view of the sea and green mountains. On the other side of the house there is a second terrace with a comfortable lounge area where you can read a book and sip your wine in perfect privacy and tranquility. You can park your car behind a locked gate on the property. Parking on the street is also available.

With its large living spaces, several terraces, and full luxury facilities, the villa is a comfortable accommodation for groups and multiple families.

Getting around

Lloret de Mar has a bus station with direct connections to Barcelona, Barcelona airport and Girona airport. The next town, Blanes, has a train connection to Barcelona which takes you right into the center of town. In Lloret you can find taxi´s day and night and you have several options to rent a car, scooter, e-bike or quad.

Interaction with guest

The owner will meet you at the villa to hand you the keys and give further information on-site. There will be regular check-ups, but you can always call or leave a message in case you have any questions or if you find that something is not up to standard. For you to have a comfortable stay is our priority.
