Esta villa se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila, así que también podrá aparcar en la calle sin problema.

La playa más próxima es la de Cala Canyelles, a tan sólo 3km de la villa. Una de las playas más bonitas y familiares de Lloret de Mar donde están los los restaurantes más prestigiosos de Lloret y puerto deportivo con actividades acuáticas para toda la familia.
El supermercado más próximo está a unos 500m. de la casa (abierto normalmente en temporada alta) y a 3 km justo en la entrada de Lloret encontrará el primer supermercado con todo lo necesario para sus compras diarias.
El centro de Lloret está a tan sólo 4km de la villa.
