From the owner

You will be located in a delightful historical neighborhood close to Lisbon castle. You will have literally the city at your feet! An amazing view over Lisbon hills and the river Tagus.Your 3 bedroom apartment is in a first floor (without elevator) just 5 min away from the St. Jorge Castle, one of the main historic and touristic sites of Lisbon. It has 100m2 and it was recently renovated to include the following:A living room with a dining area for 6 people ;A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, stove, oven and all the small appliances to enjoy the kitchen and have a very comfortable stay;A bedrooms with double bed and an in suite complete bathroom with shower. It has a small balcony;Another bedroom with a double bed;And a third bedroom with bunk beds;A second complete bathroom with bathtub;You will have WIFI and cable TV included in your rental; the apartment has heaters and fans for the summer .

IMPORTANT: Please note there is a TOURIST TAX of 1€/person/night to a maximum of 7 nights for all guests over 13 years old. This tax should be pay in cash on arrival. Also I would like to inform you that I will ask for the ID of all guests during check-in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helena (the owner) a message.

If Helena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
