Apartamento encantador en el corazón de Lisboa, justo al lado de la avenida principal de Lisboa - Avenida da Liberdade.

Encantador, romántico, acogedor y confortable. Completamente renovado en 2013 para su comodidad. Tiene un pequeño balcón y mucha luz solar. Apto para 3 adultos, pero el sofá plegable es lo suficientemente grande para dos niños .

Totalmente equipado y amueblado, wifi, cama king size, aire acondicionado y cocina equipada.

Hemos preparado una guía de la ciudad especialmente para usted ! No hay un lugar más céntrico para alojarse en Lisboa. Situado cerca de los principales transportes, a sólo 50 metros de la estación de metro Avenida y de todas las principales líneas de autobús y el Aerobús ( autobús desde y hacia el aeropuerto ), es perfecto para aquellos que quieren estar cerca de los lugares de interés turístico: Baixa e Rua Augusta, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Marquês de Pombal, Estación de Rossio (donde podrá coger el tren a Sintra), Castelo de São Jorge y Alfama

El barrio es amable y tiene todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar, restaurantes, cafeterías, puestos de frutas y verduras, carnicería , panadería , cajero automático , alquiler de coches y farmacia, bares y tiendas.

Why can't I call Rita (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rita (the owner) a message.

If Rita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
