Una chicca dell'architettura eoliana nella quale è inevitabile si resti piacevolmente colpiti per la cotanta bellezza del panorama che vi si presenterà di fronte.

Immersa in un'oasi di pace e natura, tra i profumi degli agrumi ed i colori della macchia mediterranea, " Villa Serena" è la location ideale per chi ama la privacy lasciandosi incantare da un meraviglioso scenario unico nel suo genere.

Dalle ampie terrazze che la circondano, sovrasterete ogni singolo angolo del centro storico con la sua acropoli dalla storia millenaria.

Oltre le "e pulera" scorgerete Stromboli, Panarea ed i suoi isolotti, abbraccerete le caratteristiche baie dell'isola che la sera verranno illuminate dalle lampare delle barche, che vi si specchieranno dentro, e dalle fiamme del vulcano in eruzione.

La villa è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort: tv a schermo piatto, climatizzatore e wi-fi. Una cucina in muratura con frigo, stoviglie e tovagliato scelti con cura. Un bagno con ampia doccia, asciugamani , asciugacapelli e set di cortesia.

L'arredamento dalle linee essenziali, materiali naturali e la preziosa ceramica dipinta a mano dei pavimenti, si accompagna ai freschi tessuti e all'esplosione di azzurri e turchesi che ricordano le nuance della terra eoliana. Qui i colori delle onde e il riflesso del sole sulle acque fanno respirare il mare e tutto il suo benessere fin dal risveglio del mattino.

Terrazza privata panoramicissima ideale per colazioni, pranzi, aperitivi e cene. Giardino e solarium. Parcheggio privato gratuito.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Serena (the owner) a message.

If Serena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
