Enjoy everything uig has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area. This is based on 6 people, and there is loads of room to roam around you can gain access to the beach through the back yard just hop over the fence lol it’s very quiet here and the surroundings are beautiful, you have old man storm 10 mins in the car, you also have uig 5 mins drive and also have the fairy glens 5 mins drive again, you have staffin beach which is about 20 mins drive, you may sea the seals laying on the rocks sun bathing and the odd dolphins kicking about with the locals, you can get the ferry from uig to Harris and Kees On the ground floor you have a private entrance leading to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom.. There is 2 twin rooms along with a 3rd room which has bunk beds in them. You have use of the kitchen/ dinning room and also snug room. We’re your welcome too cook all your meals and sit and enjoy them. The snug room has a ps we’re you can watch Netflix and have a wee chill in there. This is all on the ground floor which you have access to you do have your own privacy

Dogs are very welcome but must tell us if bringing one along with you. We’ve had a few bookings and people have been really happy to enjoy our beautiful home. How ever I do ask you to text or call before making the booking to discuss any queries you do have. It’s the ground floor only we have 2 twin rooms, but it dose sleep up to 6 people please read this add through, Emma and myself Tracy do live in the apartment up stairs with our beautiful husky river she’s 2 how ever you do have your own personal space and own door to come and go from, we’re both hosting for the first time the ground floor has 3 bedrooms down stairs along with your bathroom, up stairs going into the snug room to chill and watch tv Then you have the full use of the kitchen & dinning room also it’s all on the ground floor so please understand our post, There is loads of room to roam about we’re in uig and not Portree so please read this add first, we’re down to earth ladies and enjoy having ya all stay at our beautiful home, you have your own personal front door and privacy please enjoy all Emma and I live in the apartment up on the 3rd floor we use our door to come and go so you may see us now and again, So please respect our beautiful home and enjoy your selfs. The hot water is on a timer switches on at 6am of at 11am. The heating can be switched on in the kitchen if anyone is cold. There is always hot water for baths and showers and the heating will be off in the summer months, untill you turn it on yourselfs. Regards

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
