Welcome to our beach house Serenity! Serenity - a peaceful place to rest from the hustle and bustle of life. Located in the desirable Roads End area of Lincoln City, Oregon. Two streets from the ocean, offering ocean views, and just a short walk to the beach. Chinook Winds Casino and Safeway are less than a mile away. Also close to hiking trails like God's Thumb and the Knoll, golfing nearby.

Contemporary style newly built 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom beach home. Open floor plan concept makes everyone feel connected. To keep you entertained we have a Hot Tub, Shuffleboard, Foosball, X-box, 3 big screen TV’s with cable, WiFi, Fire Pit. Large back yard!

Five Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with one King bed in each; 2 bedrooms with two Queen beds in each; 5th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (full size bed on the bottom, twin on top). Separate bathroom for each bedroom!

Upper Floor - Fully stocked kitchen with island; Dining Room with long table; Great Room; Deck with BBQ grill and outdoor table; balcony with views to the ocean; sitting loft with large view window facing ocean - perfect for the morning coffee time or afternoon read. Two Bedrooms are on this floor: one King and one double Queen.

Ground Floor - Entry with built-in coat rack & sitting bench; Common area with shuffleboard game, TV, couches; King bedroom; double Queen bedroom; Bedroom with bunk beds, foosball, Xbox; Laundry room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Luda and Vitaliy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
