The villa was completely modernized in 2019 and newly furnished. There are spacious, partly covered terraces, 6 airconditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The villa has 2 swimming pools that can be heated, 1 inside and 1 outside, but one can only have 1 heated at once, both at the same time is not possible. The indoor swimming pool of 3 x 4 meters has a counter-current installation, so that you can continue to swim! The outdoor swimming pool has a size of 9 x 4 meters, and is equipped with an electric roller shutter to close it. The villa is very comfortable and stylishly furnished, has first-class Auping beds, and is equipped with all conveniences, such as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. In the garden you have access to a BBQ and you can enjoy beautiful sea views over the bay of Saint-Tropez, which can be reached by ferry from the port of San Peire, within walking distance of the villa. In short, a wonderful villa in Les Issambres for a successful holiday on the beautiful Côte d’Azur.
