Fancy mountain and ski! We rent our apartment of 65m2, in Les Deux Alpes, with 3 bedrooms, near the slopes (only 150m-200m from the lifts of the Vallée Blanche and Belle-Etoile). The apartment, on the 1st floor, has a large living room with a kitchen (including a dishwasher), a living room with TV and a dining area. It has a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large entrance, a balcony of 8-9m2 facing south-west and a box for ski equipment in the basement. It has 3 bedrooms: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 shower * 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds or 1 double bed) * 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds or 1 double bed) and 3 beds bunk Possibility of 2 single beds in the living room. Possibility of having a cot (optional) Sheets and linens can be provided as an option, to be specified when booking. Final cleaning optional. Location in a quiet area of the resort, close to amenities that allows you to do everything on foot during your stay: * Slopes: 150m-200m from the Vallee Blanche and Belle-Etoile ski lifts * Ski meeting point: 300m * Nursery, nursery, recreation center: 500m * Bakery: on the ground floor of the building * Supermarkets: grocery store at 100m, supermarket at 600m

Why can't I call Anne-Gaëlle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Anne-Gaëlle (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne-Gaëlle (the owner) a message.

If Anne-Gaëlle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
