For a family or romantic getaway, Valérie and Pieter open the doors of the Château des Coudreaux, a magnificent mansion where they live. Two very comfortable guest rooms are furnished with great taste and success. Also, if you wish to enjoy the Loire à Vélo two bikes are available to you free of charge: - The AU PAON room and the FAISAN DORE room can be rented together or separately. In addition to the friendliness of the reception, the pleasure of free SPA sessions, you will appreciate the brightness and volume of the rooms here. Both exude a warm atmosphere of authenticity, in particular thanks to the beams and the 18th century fireplace with which they are each dressed, with exposed stones which magnify the decoration. You will also be enchanted by a splendid panorama from the rooms, over the Vienne Valley. In good weather, breakfast will be served in the French garden or on the terrace, facing the 400 m² aviary where crowned cranes and ornamental birds mingle in harmony. You will also enjoy, for your relaxation, the garden and the park where the alpacas graze serenely. All this in the heart of the Loire castles ...

Pour nous trouver, il faut mentionner sur le GPS Les Coudreaux à Roiffé (86) et tout devient plus simple. Nous n'hésiterons pas à mentionner ce détail pour faciliter l'accès au Château des Coudreaux.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
