Very close to Double Six and Padma Beaches, two of the best in Bali with soft, white sand and inviting sea, it’s designed and simply perfect for large groups.

As you enter your main 5 bedroom villa, the gate opens onto a glittering, private 12m x 3m swimming pool and beautiful gardens which also includes a daybed for ultimate relaxation. Imagine afternoon massages or romantic evening cocktails by the pool and luxurious lounges to soak up the sun by day, all in the surrounds of lush tropical gardens.

By the pool edge is a magnificent open living and dining area housing plush sofas, the latest in entertainment systems and mood lighting - perfect for entertaining your guests in style. An adjacent dining area offers ample seating and boasts a well appointed western kitchen.

While reclining on your luxurious king sized bed, look out from the spacious master bedroom to the pool and garden or cool off with a relaxing shower in your private bathroom oasis.

All 5 bedroom suites are fully air conditioned and there’s plenty of room for extra single beds to be installed if required. Each bedroom also has its own well fitted ensuite bathroom as well as an additional guest bathroom.

The villa is luxuriously appointed with the highest quality linens, built-in wardrobes, cable TV, free unlimited and fast wi-fi, DVD player and a large selection of movies to suit all tastes. It has a fully equipped kitchen and my chef will you offer delicious dishes from all around the world and will also cook to your instructions. All food tastes are catered for including vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.

MAKING A BOOKING

The rate includes all of the following:

• Luxury villa estate accommodation with 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (7 beds flexible accommodation eg. 3 king beds + 4 x adult singles or 5 x king beds).

• Airport transfers both ways in comfortable air-conditioned vehicle

• My highly rated full-time chef

• Complimentary breakfast per guest each morning of your stay. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx US$3-US$5 per person depending on what you order. It is a very cost effective way of eating for when you don't wish to eat out at the excellent restaurants nearby and the chef is excellent!

• Car & English speaking driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. The driver will work extra hours for just USD5 per hour.

Hi Andrew Thank you for staying with us and for leaving your comments regarding the villa, we do welcome constructive feedback on how we can improve the villa product and service experience of our guests. Please allow me to respond. I’m glad you agree that the villa is in a great location close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Thank you for your great feedback on the staff and I’ve passed on your comments. We have upgraded the kitchen and the fridge works very well now. The bathroom issue has now also been resolved, there was an issue with only 1 toilet. We did apologise for the pump issue and this was fixed once the faulty part had been replaced. The wifi works very well, during your stay it was a problem with the network service provider which can sometimes occur in Bali and developing countries. Your comment regarding the TV is unfair in my view. The description of the villa as well as the photos in the listing clearly show no TVs in the bedrooms, there is a large TV in the living area with international satellite stations as well as a DVD player so why would you expect it to be different when you arrive? That said, again, thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. Kind regards Craig

We stayed at 3 rooms villa. Overall the family do enjoyed ourselves. Only set back are the property situated far away from central seminyak and sudden power failure.

Thank you for booking with us, it was a pleasure hosting you at the villa and we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. There are infrequently power outages in Bali but these are very rare these days and are caused by the Bali electrical supply company, it was nothing to do with the power at the villa. The villa is located on the border of Seminyak and Legian close to 2 fantastic beaches, lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, other amenities and entertainment. Central Seminyak, such as Seminyak Square, is only a very short journey. Our many satisfied clients really enjoy the peaceful location yet being really close to all the action! We very much look forward to welcoming you to Bali and being one of our many returning clients.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
