Enjoy the best Legian location right next to the Jayakarta Hotel & Baleka Resort between Double Six and Padma at great value! This three bedroom is just seconds walk from shopping and dining, only a short 300 meter stroll to the beach.

Enjoy the relaxation a private villa offers and having a place to call home after a busy day enjoying the sights of Bali. If you have a long stay planned google us to see more at "AusIndo Bali Villas" where we offer some great long stay and other specials for direct bookings.

The Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms all air conditioned and complete with queen sized beds. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor with bedroom 2 and 3 on the second floor surrounded by a balcony perfect for a family or group of friends with a private place for each to relax. There are also bathrooms located both on the first and second floors of the villa complete with shower, toilet and vanity.

The living area of the villa is located on the ground floor level with a lounge area big enough to seat the whole family while your relax using the fiber optic WIFI, watching a movie on DVD or the large LED TV, or selecting from any of the 100 international channels available including AFL football.

Within the living area is also the open plan kitchen and inside dining area. Complete with oven, cook-top, microwave, blender and everything else you need to prepare a meal or have our staff do it for you. This area also has a 3.6 meter breakfast bar easily accommodating 6 guests.

The entire living area is also air-conditioned and can be closed off from the outside pool area with large sliding glass doors keeping the kids safe and the mozzies out perfect for Balinese tropical conditions.

The pool area is the perfect place to relax with an outdoor dining area cooled by an overhead fan overlooking the pool and gardens. Along the raised decking is also an additional relaxation area with both sun lounges and beanbags for sunbathing or enjoying a good book with a cold drink.

You shall not only be looked after by our great English speaking staff but we are also there as the villa owners are always close by should you need additional assistance.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send AusIndo (the owner) a message.

If AusIndo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
