Villa Augusta offre un appartamento completamente autonomo e climatizzato immerso nel verde della campagna Salentina composto da:

Ingresso – salone di circa 50 m2 con cucina e 1 divano letto da due posti;

Bagno con doccia, lavabo e bidet;

Secondo bagno in camera doppia con doccia lavabo e bidet;

Camera con letto matrimoniale francese armadio e comodino

Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassettiera e comodini

Cameretta con letto matrimoniale, armadio e comodino

La struttura è dotata di condizionatore

L'area esterna è ampia e ben attrezzata con prato inglese, giardino ornamentale di piante grasse, gazebo con calcio-balilla, barbecue e fontana ornamentale.

Di recente costruzione é la stupenda piscina interrata di 60 mq con annesso solarium contornato da piante tropicali di circa 400mq. A servizio della stessa é presente un terzo bagno dotato di lavabo, wc, doccia e bidet e due docce esterne.

Il parcheggio è posto sotto un monumentale albero di noci all'interno della villa in completa ombreggiatura.

Il cancello di ingresso è automatizzato ed è presente impianto d'allarme e vigilanza privata Veglialpol.

Use extreme care in the use of the private pool without surveillance specialists.

How do damage deposits work?

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
