Located in the first line of the 'Playa de las Canteras', this fabulous and spacious luxury (exterior) apartment with fantastic views to the sea, has everything you need to make your stay extra special.

The terrace of 25 m2, a jump from the sea, with wood flooring ipe and a cactario planter, removable awning motorized/domotic, Lounger, table and chairs, teak is the perfect space to enjoy your romantic dinner or lunch in family, in complete privacy.

Keep an eye on their children from the terrace, while they are playing on the beach! Prepare a snack and some itching, before reclining on one of the sun loungers on the terrace of the apartment to enjoy the Sun of the Canary Islands in complete privacy. Or if you prefer, go for a swim on the beach located just in front of the apartment and take then seat in one of the many high quality gastronomic restaurants, located along the promenade of the Playa de las Canteras.

This comfortable apartment with a large terrace, offers two completely separativos bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. It is fully furnished with designer furniture retail. Both from the living room from the kitchen you can enjoy stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The living/dining room, very spacious with over 30 square meters, has a very comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and a bar with two stools. And it has a set of wall with an LED TV, screen flat of large size (42-inch) with more than 100 channels from the Astra Satellite in open broadcast (English, French, German, channels among many others), as well as the Spanish channels through Digital Terrestrial Television. You can see the television as if you were at home. DVD player in different formats (Xvid, Mpeg, avi, etc.) with USB input and a stereo music (MP3, CD and Radio) complete the equipment.

The kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances, which will feature a ceramic hob (classic and induction) hood, oven and fridge with large freezer and microwave. Also at your disposal you will find a selection of cutlery and kitchenware, as well as other many extras: toaster, coffee machine, water heater, electric, mixer juicing of oranges, etc.

The two bedrooms have spacious wardrobes dressing rooms and open their windows to rear the building Street, very quiet.

The bathroom, although not large, is very functional and has finished (coated in travertine marble) and high-end sanitary parts. It has a comfortable bath/shower with glass partition. You will find a hairdryer stored in the drawer under the sink. And also it will bring you any other surprise, to be provided with piped music.

You will also find a quarter separative laundry with a washing machine at your disposal. An iron and ironing board complement the equipment.

Surrounding it has multiple possibilities of leisure, restaurants, beach, Spa (Jacuzzi, Sauna, etc.), outdoor concerts, local commercial, shopping, playgrounds, gyms, international festivals of classical music, opera and film (Auditorio Alfredo Kraus), schools of surf, windsurf, sailing, various water sports, etc. Also is very close to the shopping centre 'Las Arenas' and shopping complex 'Mesa y López', with the 'Corte Inglés' among other various shopping centres. Several supermarkets are very close, just one block from the building.

The building is accessible without barriers for people with disabilities: access to the building from the promenade of the beach is located at the same level as the ground floor of the building. The elevator is very spacious and allows comfortable access to the floor of the apartment or to the basement floor, where a parking place is located at your disposal.

INCLUDED in the rental price:-check-in & check-out completely custom service: includes keys in hand, as well as explanations different upon arrival.

-Access to Internet (Wi-Fi) high speed in all areas of the apartment (even on the terrace). The password you will find upon arrival.

-Complete linen. Without surcharge will also have crib bedding. You will find the beds made on arrival.

-A set of towels per person (a large towel and one small).

-You can make use of the washing machine without any extra charge.

-Consumption of electricity and water.

-You have a wide collection of DVD´s with films and classics in different languages (Spanish, German, English and French).

-You will find some games table stored in the Cabinet of the TV.

-You have a collection of books and magazines, some in English, primarily with contents of architecture, photography and art.

-Not required any kind of Supplement for the stay of one child less than 2 years. Without any extra charge, will be available a sturdy crib (and not of travel) with a quality mattress, bed linen included. A baby seat, some toys and children's books.

SERVICES with additional charge:-a parking place in the basement of the same building = €12 / day. Use comfortable, to the access it directly through the elevator from the floor of the apartment.

-Custom pick-up from airport = €60 / a ride, 4 seats + luggage.

-Cleaning of the apartment during the stay (including change of towels) and bed linen = €50 each time.
