The "Canteras Paradise" apartment is located 150 meters from the spectacular Playa de las Canteras. It is a comfortable apartment of 55 square meters exterior, bright and airy fourth and last floor with elevator, in a very quiet building and built care in 2005. It consists of a separate bedroom with king-size bed (2 mx 1.50 m), kitchen-dining room, living room with sofa bed, cot (optional) and a full bathroom with tub. Among home appliances available are: electric and induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron and hair dryer. There is also Internet access with fiber optic and free Wi-Fi and TV. This apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities or dependence. The apartment is located in a privileged area, highlighting inter alia the following: - Its proximity to the Playa de Las Canteras, considered one of the best urban beaches in the country, about 3 km of golden sand bordered by fantastic ride, enjoying a pleasant temperatures throughout most of the year. Awarded the Flag Q Tourist Quality Blue Flag of the European Union, the ISO Environmental Management Certificate and the Certificate of Universal Accessibility. Ideal for all ages and to practice outdoor sports and gyms. It has security and emergency services, access for the disabled, parking and shower facilities and changing rooms. In the long walk, there are many establishments, shops, bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, where you can taste local and international cuisine. The sunsets that live on this beach make this a particularly charming place in which to share unique and unforgettable moments. - A 5-minute walk from Auditorio Alfredo Kraus and the main shopping and commercial areas of the city. - Good communications by having taxi and bus stops next to the building. - Supermarkets around. - next Healthcare. - economic public parking near the house. How do damage deposits work?

If SERGIO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
