From the owner

Belle Madeleine bed and breakfast / chambres d'hotes is set in the village of Landivy, Mayenne, Pays de la Loire. Bordering both Normandy and Brittany makes it the Perfect location for sight seeing, house hunting or simply relaxing.
Only an hour and half from Caen ferry port or one hour from Rennes airport.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, each with large en-suite. Tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen T.V and DVD player, large white fluffy towels and toiletries. Substantial continental breakfast includes croissants, bread, butter, assorted jams, and variety of yoghurts, choice of cereals, fresh fruit as well as freshly brewed coffee, tea or hot chocolate and fresh orange juice.
Places to visit include Le-Mont-St-Michel, Fougères Castle, Pontmain Basilica, Mortain waterfalls, Parc de loisirs Ange Michel and Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët. Indoor swimming pool / spa 15 mins away and outdoor swimming pool 30 minutes drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
