Le gite du parc vous accueille dans un ancien hotel particulier au calme à 2 pas de la plage et du vieux port. Ce logement avec parking est entouré d'un immense parc verdoyant de 2000 m2 pour vous détendre en plein centre ville. Le charme de l'ancien et le confort actuel dans cet appartement de 63 m2 avec 2 chambres entièrement rénové et équipé au rez de chaussée. Vous disposerez d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une connexion internet pour effectuer un séjour avec les commodités de votre maison. Vous pourrez vous reposer dans le parc grâce aux transats mis à votre disposition et les enfants pourront jouer tranquillement dans ce parc entièrement clos.

Quel bonheur de se retrouver dans cette tranquillité alors que l’effervescence du vieux port est à proximité.

Entièrement équipé : machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur, machine Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, four, four micro-ondes, plaques inductions pour être comme à la maison.

Accès à pied de la gare.

Une fois la voiture déposée au fond du parc, plus besoin de s'en servir pendant tout le séjour.

Possibilité de louer des vélos et de laisser dans l'immeuble pendant tout le séjour.

En option le Pack linge de maison 15 € par personne qui comprend les draps, les serviettes de toilette et torchons. Cette option est à demander à la réservation et à régler à votre arrivée.

Une caution de 300 € vous sera demandé à votre arrivée et restituer le jour de votre départ.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cecile (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
