Découvrez notre gîte de charme pour un dépaysement total niché dans le calme et la verdure de Cenan, hameau de La Puye, au carrefour des cités et forteresses médiévales de Chauvigny (10min), Angles-sur-l'Anglin (16min), et Monthoiron (15min) mais aussi près des cures thermales de La Roche Posay (17min) et du Futuroscope (34min)...

Nous vous accueillons à partir de 2 nuits avec linge de maison fourni ou bien en gîte à la semaine (linge en option) pour profiter pleinement..

Gîte Leïloo :

Vous apprécierez le cachet de cette maison très ancienne de 45m² avec jardin et terrasse, entièrement restaurée début 2019 dans le respect du charme de l'ancien mais avec tout le confort nécessaire à votre séjour.

Une belle chambre de 18m² avec literie Bultex neuve en 160x200, dressing et salle d'eau avec une grande douche 90x120.

Il nous est possible de prévoir un lit pliant d'appoint 90x190cm destiné à un jeune enfant, ou bien un lit parapluie, dans la chambre à proximité du lit double.

Au rez-de-chaussée une agréable pièce à vivre avec canapé convertible et télévision connectée (par Amazon Fire stick), espace dînatoire 4-6 personnes et cuisine entièrement équipée (comme à la maison pour pouvoir enfin cuisiner confortablement en vacances) comprenant notamment un réfrigérateur et vrai congélateur tiroirs (glaces bienvenues...), un grand four à chaleur tournante en complément du micro-onde et un lave-vaisselle..

Vous disposez également pour votre confort d'un lave-linge + étendoir et en extérieur de deux chiliennes, d'un salon de jardin et d'un barbecue (menthe verte, thym et romarin bordent la terrasse pour agrémenter vos grillades).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emmeline (the owner) a message.

If Emmeline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
