No se puede ser más CARADURA. Reserva de 12 noches, 3 huéspedes. Explícitamente se refleja en el contrato y condiciones, que no se admiten más huéspedes que los de la reserva. Este "señor", el tercer día de su estancia, se toma la licencia de alojar en el apartamento a un total de 6 personas, 3 más (con maletas y colchoneta) de los que constan en la reserva y en el registro de entrada. Casualmente y por estar situado el apartamento en el centro de la población, ser punto de paso habitual tanto de mí como de mi família, en el preciso momento de estar accediendo al apartamento estas personas (con maletas y colchoneta) acompañadas por las hijas del titular de la reserva, paso con mi coche y lo veo. Después de aparcar el coche me dirijo al apartamento a pedir explicaciones y advertir que no se pueden alojar más huéspedes de los permitidos, que deben desalojar. Este "señor", muy alterado, de malos modos y en actitud amenazante incluso de agresión, me dice que son su hermano, la pareja de este y el hijo de ambos, que vienen a pasar ¿una noche? y que no se marchan. Ante esta actitud le dije que iba a tomar las medidas oportunas. Este "señor" se refiere a mí como maleducado e irrespetuoso y me tacha de espia/mafioso, que tengo gente apostada en edificios con prismáticos para espiar a mis huéspedes. ¡¡De pena!! Entre las muchas amenazas, una de ellas era la que aquí en la valoración a hecho para causar el mayor daño posible. Siento tener que dar todas estas explicaciones para que los posibles huéspedes valoren la opinión de este "señor", pero en TripAdvisor, el anfitrión solo puede contestar a las de los huéspedes, no así, poder valorar al huesped en cuanto si ha cumplido con las normas, si ha dejado el alojamiento en condiciones, si ha sido responsable y respetuoso, etc... He de decir que en ninguna otra ocasión me he encontrado con personajes de esta índole y que en general he tenido huéspedes de distintas nacionalidades y etnias con las que no ha habido ningún problema. Si pudiera calificar a este "señor" para posibles reservas en otros alojamientos, sería de: muy poco recomendable.
