La vivienda tiene unos 95 m2 y se encuentra en una parcela de 300 m2 con amplia terraza, que se encuentra dividida, en una zona para tomar el sol y otra techada para disfrutar de una buena comida en el exterior, dispone de mesa y sillas, así como un cómodo mobiliario para disfrutar de la lectura, la puesta de sol, etc. En la parte exterior, se mantiene una zona de jardín y está equipada con una piscina privada, que por nuestra temperatura, seguro que le permite el baño en cualquier época del año.

Cuenta con 1 dormitorio principal con baño, cama de matrimonio y amplio ropero, segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y ropero, tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y ropero, 2 baños completos con ducha, mueble con lavabo y wc, pequeño aseo con mueble con lavabo y wc, la cocina tiene placa vitro cerámica, horno y microondas, así como frigorífico y congelador, lavavajillas, dispone de pequeños electrodomésticos como calentador de agua, cafetera, tostadora, etc., y se encuentra en un espacio amplio conjuntamente con el salón, con 2 sillones, televisión con cadenas internacionales, wifi gratis, las cristaleras permiten ver el mar desde el interior.El campo de Golf de Anfi-Tauro, se encuentra a unos 500 metros de la casa, por la carretera de la costa, a 1 km. tiene la Playa de Amadores, con su arena blanca, dotada de hamacas y todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes. Por la carretera interior, también a 1 km. aproximadamente se encuentra la Urbanización Puerto Rico, con sus dos puertos deportivos, donde podrá practicar cualquier deporte relacionado con el mar, dispone de centros comerciales, todo tipo de restaurantes, internacionales, comida típica, etc .El Puerto de Mogán (conocido como la Venecia de Canarias), se encuentra a unos 5 minutos por la autopista, también se puede visitar por la carretera de la costa, unos 20 minutos, donde puede disfrutar de unas inolvidables puestas de sol, se puede visitar su puerto deportivo y pesquero, así como el pueblo de pescadores que asienta en la montaña.

    If ROSA DELIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
