Bellissimo appartamento in villa bifamiliare immersa nel verde del complesso residenziale Villaggio Piras.

Appartamento di 100 mq, indipendente, con due ingressi autonomi, composto di 3 stanze (camera matrimoniale, camera a due letti, cameretta con un letto), salone doppio con divano letto, bagno e cucina abitabile. (Disponibilità di posto auto).

Arredamento curato nei minimi particolari per consentire un comodo e piacevole soggiorno. Appartamento dotato di grande televisore a schermo piatto, aria condizionata (in sala), frigorifero, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro e asse da stiro, piccola biblioteca di cortesia e piccolo barbecue esterno. Compresa nella dotazione della casa la biancheria da letto e da bagno, con lenzuola e set di asciugamani per ciascun ospite. La cucina è attrezzata di biancheria, stoviglie, piatti e bicchieri.

Il salone dispone di tre magnifiche vetrate che consentono la bellissima visuale del giardino esterno e isola di Caprera di fronte alla villa.

Esterno appartamento pavimentato in cotto che permette, oltre ad un agevole accesso alla casa, di usufruire appieno del giardino e della area esterna.

Il giardino della villa, di oltre 2000 mq, è composto da macchia mediterranea (ginepri, mirti, lentischi, olivastri, lecci) inframmezzato da piante grasse, palmizi e macchie di fiori e ibiscus.

La Villa è composta di due appartamenti indipendenti, di cui uno solo è adibito a locazione (il secondo è riservato ai proprietari per le ferie).

Il Villaggio Piras è un complesso residenziale privato, situato sulla strada panoramica a circa 3 km dal paese di La Maddalena, formato da ville e case indipendenti, senza strutture commerciali e caratterizzato dalla tranquillità.

La spiaggia privata del Villaggio Piras (Cala Grande) dista poche centinaia di metri e può essere comodamente raggiunta a piedi dalla casa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If PIERLUIGI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
