Calm and relaxing family cottage - 120m2 house fully furnished and equipped for rent by the week or month (special price). A QUIET AND RESTING you enjoy the countryside and vistas offered by the surrounding hills of the Bièvre. Open for walks, walking, biking or cycling, and sports outdoor activities or family. In a calm and peaceful environment, you will discover the many outdoor activities, discoveries and unusual tours, festivals and events. Enough to occupy and enjoy your stay. Also, possible hikes in the Vercors, Chartreuse and Alps. SWIM AND PICNIC For swimming, numerous pools around and Aqualib 2km with games, fun pool of 200m², bubble bench, river, mushroom, massage jets, a water slide. The pool also has a relaxation area with two saunas, a steam room and jacuzzi, outdoor tables, chairs and games for children are available to swimmers on the solarium or you can sunbathe and relax. And for a swim and picnic in the middle of nature, there are many ponds, lakes and recreation areas built 10 and 30 km from the cottage. Quiet in the plains and hills of Isère, in the heart of a village of 950 inhabitants. Easy access, close to 15 km of the A43 and A48, between Grenoble 30 minutes Lyon in 45 minutes. And 2 km, La Cote Saint Andre, the regional capital of Isère, where you will find all the services and amenities needed for your stay. In the summer garden and sun terrace facing south. In winter, heating nine inertia with double glazing for your comfort. NOTICE OF OUR RECENT VISITORS - Very good stay in this house, very well furnished and equipped. Very large rooms, perfect for us, 2 families of 4 each (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby in each family). This country cottage is quiet, which is nice but with tours nearby! Only flat, very weak and unstable wifi but we were also there to disconnect and it's successful mission so not a big problem. Again thank you for the welcome and stay. Great vacation !!! How do damage deposits work?
