New Cottage est une petite maison indépendante agréable qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (espace de vie de 50 m2, deux chambres, pouvant accueillir 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Elle bénéficie d'un jardin privatif sans vis à vis, à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée ( de fin mai à mi-septembre) et d'une vue sur la magnifique église du 12e siècle. New Cottage est le plus moderne de nos six gîtes et comprend une chambre avec grand lit king de 160 cm et une autre avec lits superposés et lit individuel en 90 cm. Le gîte est équipé de la façon suivante: lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière et four à gaz, four à micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, cafetière et bouilloire électriques, grille-pain, fer et planche à repasser, télévision avec chaînes françaises ou anglaises, wifi gratuit, lecteur DVD. Le jardin est équipé d'un salon de jardin, parasol et barbecue. Parking privé sur place.

New cottage is a lovely modern and detached bungalow, one of the cottages at Dolphin Gîtes, with a private rear garden close to the heated swimming pool (heated from May half-term to mid September). It has beautiful views on the 12th century church. It sleeps up to 4 people ( 2 adults + 2 children) comfortably in 2 bedrooms, with a living space of 50 m2. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other bedroom has a single bed and some bunk beds.

The gîte is well equipped with new fittings throughout, including UK satellite TV (Freesat) and DVD player, free wifi in gîte, washing machine and dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave oven, iron, ironing table, spacious shower. There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Howard (the owner) a message.

If Howard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
