This is a brand new Villa located on a hillside and accommodates up to 10 people, with a view to the sea! Located in Kolympia area, only 1 km from the sea, it offers fully equipped and tastefully decorated units, with a private pool.

The Hill Sea View Villa has the perfect location for your dream holiday on the sunny island of Rhodes. This luxurious villa comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday on this picturesque Greek island.

The property is 250 qm2 with 5 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms and 1 wc , a separate spacious fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living room and dining area. Each of the rooms throughout the villa leads to its’ own balcony with a garden view, pool view and an amazing sea view .The garden is fenced all the way around the property and has a private entrance to the parking space. The entire villa is fully air conditioned.

The outdoor area offers a BBQ installation with sitting & dining areas, a sun deck and all outdoor amenities, including a shower for refreshing after your pool swim. while of course utterly secluded from the outside.

How do damage deposits work?
