Villa Tala View as the name suggests is looking towards the very popular Tala Village in the hills above the pool , from the front of the house we're looking towards the sea.

The spacious living room benefits from air-con and ceiling fans and has a cool and relaxing feel, with its comfy sofas, surrounding a large coffee table and soft rug. There is also a 37" Television and DVD player. Fly screens are fitted to both patio doors. The dining area has a large table with 6 wood and white leather chairs

The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Air-con and ceiling fans are also featured in this room.

Master bedroom and bedroom 2 each comprise 5' double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table/mirror, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 3 comprises 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table/mirror, bedside tables and lamp. Each with A/C and ceiling fans. Cot for Baby in Master Bedroom

Bathrooms: En-suite to master bedroom with shower, wc and wash hand basin with vanity unit.
Family bathroom with bath/shower, wc and wash hand basin with vanity unit. Also there is a ground floor wc with wash hand basin.

The private spacious swimming pool has roman steps, which are illuminated each evening.

The pool is surrounded by a paved patio area and landscaped gardens. There are also outdoor shower facilities. There are sun loungers and parasols for guest's use around the pool. The villa is ideal for outside dining, and has a large table and 6 chairs offering a choice of either the downstairs patio area overlooking the private pool and garden, or the upstairs sun-terraces, each having a table and two chairs. There is also a charcoal, and a gas barbecue for your lazy afternoon feast or dining at night under the moon with the illuminations from the pool and solar lighting surrounding a large decking area, which houses the sun-beds and umbrellas.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
