The cottage also has a lower ground floor kitchen with dining area and multi-fuel stove and two sitting rooms, one of which has a multi-fuel stove. Outside there's roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Lucida House is a charming Clare holiday home.

Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine in lower ground floor basin and WC, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
