Enjoy a relaxing stay at Villa CassaMia, a stunning 2-storey contemporary villa located in Jimbaran, 10 minutes from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport and 100 meters from the beach. The villa boasts a beautiful open-plan design with 5 spacious bedrooms, an indoor “cinema”, a children’s playroom and a rooftop deck for those special sunsets over the Jimbaran Bay.

Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom overlooking manicured lawns, beautiful landscaping and our main attraction – an alluring 22m lap pool plus kids’ wading pool.

Villa CassaMia is particularly ideal for families – it was built as a kid-friendly accommodation to provide children of all ages with endless fun under the sun.

Children's Playroom

Children will love CassaMia.

The open lawn gives them plenty of space to horse around or have a picnic.

They can splash around the pool in its large and shallow end under the shade of a parasol and frangipani tree. A temporary pool fence can be installed on request.

The air-conditioned playroom is equipped with plenty of toys, games, crafts and books to keep them entertained.

There is also a huge selection of over 100 children’s DVDs, including favourite Disney classics.

Living Space

You are spoilt for choice on options for relaxation or social interaction. The daybeds by the pool and the living room are great places to chillax, hang out, read a book, or take an afternoon nap. Adults can indulge in a massage by the pool or unwind in the shaded bale with a glass of bubbles in hand.

Those who crave activity can take yoga lessons on the lawn or do laps in the pool. Others less wanting of strenuous activity can hole themselves up in our indoor "cinema” watching latest blockbuster from our extensive DVD collection or Cable TV.

In the evenings, dinners can involve an outdoor barbeque and/or drinks by the bar with groovy music to setting the mood via our state-of-the-art BOSE sound system.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, found our staff to be good and found our location convenient for your sightseeing. We’re especially pleased that you enjoy the cleanliness of our villa. We understand that location is an important factor when choosing a vacation rental. While this may not be ideal for everyone, better to have kids noise than traffic and nightlife noise. The noise is only short lived from 8 am - 10 am, only when they have special occasion and not everyday. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the pre-school is basicaly located next to the villa entrace lane not next to the villa building. We do explain this to guest and also now we have provided earplugs if needed. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CassaMia (the owner) a message.

If CassaMia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
