Umah Sunset is a contemporary luxury 2 bedrooms villa set in the midst of rice fields overlooking to the magical sunset of Bali. City center is within 10 minutes away by car which can be easily reached from the villa. "Umah" means "home" in Balinese which that exactly what we want to make you feel, home away from home.

Sitting in 350 square metres, Umah Sunset offers a magnificent views of rice paddies in the tranquil rural area of Ubud. Two bedrooms located next to each other and both are completed with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closet. A well equipped kitchen connected to dining room and spacious living area which has streaming service as well as cable tv for entertainment. A well sized lush tropical garden, Infinity pool and a gazebo are available which make this is a perfect getaway for couples, friends or family.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ngakan (the owner) a message.

    If Ngakan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
