Dreamy and elegant, a brand new villa of 220sqm with high standards above the crystal waters of the Cretan Sea with a small walking distance to the Sea of Kalamaki. Airy and comfortable, Villa Solis will convert your holidays into a truly heavenly accommodation on the popular island of Crete. The villa stands out for its amazing position and modern design as well as its gorgeous view of the Cretan sea. A little paradise- ideal for a family vacation as well as romantic getaways.

Indoor facilities

The villa features four airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big indoor living and kitchen area with high-end amenities, and an amazing view from the whole property. The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features four airy bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the ground floor layout with direct access to the pool area. There are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies on the first floor. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its own air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75’’ Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Sofa, Iron board and iron, washing machine & tumble dryer. In the playroom lies a gym area, adorned with an array of gym equipment including a multifunctional gym machine, a stationary bicycle, a back extension machine, and dumbbells.

Outdoor facilities

Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour on the beautiful island of Crete, there’s nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drink a glass of wine gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.

Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for the months of October, March, and April till 15 May, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November till the end of February, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

6-day-per-week cleaning service for the Season of 2024

As we welcome the season of 2024 (March 2024), we are delighted to announce that the villa will provide a 6-day-per-week cleaning service and a changing of towels and linens every 3 days. These services will be included in the price of the reservation.

Villa Solis is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. Villa Luna is located on the lower level of the complex while Villa Solis is on the upper level.
