From the owner

Bright and sunny 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor with lift access. All rooms open onto terraces that run the length of 2 sides (facing south and west). The electrically powered awning on the south terrace can provide shade if you need. We also have air-conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom. The air-conditioning units in both rooms were replaced at the end of 2019.

We provide sun umbrellas and beach chairs for your use on the longest stretch of sandy beach on the French Riviera or you can take advantage of the many places that provide sun loungers and cocktails delivered directly to you on the sand.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter).

The apartment is minutes away from the beach(8), train station(10), bus stop(2), cafes and restaurants (10). There is a small convenience store directly opposite but larger supermarkets are only 10 minutes away and most importantly, the best boulangerie in Juan Les Pins is just around the corner. Croissants and coffee on the terrace all year round. Bliss.

By train it will take you 10 minutes to get to Cannes and 25 minutes to Nice. The bus trip from Nice airport takes 30-40 minutes with the bus stop almost outside the apartment.

You can hire bicycles and meander along the coast, hire a paddle board and try to peek in the mega yachts moored in Juan Les Pins all summer or hire a car for the day and drive to the mountains.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
