The villa is set on the water's edge with a spectacular view of the rolling hills. Located at the end of a quiet street in the Jolly Harbour Marina, the villa captures a refreshing breeze thought the day. This contemporary villa will be your perfect vacation home to relax while glancing at the boats passing by.

Villa Felicia is one of the biggest & most modern 2 Bedroom villas in Jolly Harbour. The villa has been extended and fully renovated in 2014 to include modern conveniences within a contemporary and comfortable house that’s perfect for groups of friends and families up to 6 people.

The villa features upscale and elegant furnishings throughout including a fully equipped modern kitchen with a pantry, stainless steel appliances and a comfortable dining table and chairs sitting 6. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything a chef would need: large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooktop/stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine & grinder and a wide range of cooking & dining items.

The villa has ceiling fans throughout as well as air conditioning. There are 2 Patios (back and front of house) to enjoy with comfortable sitting for 6. The villa has Internet/Wifi and two flat-screen TV’s (60” & 47”) with a wide range of US cable channels.

The main floor contains a large and spacious open plan living area with kitchen and dining, leading out to a patio with a large Webber BBQ and table + chairs for 6 people. The villa is an end-unit and you will also find a beautiful garden full of Carribbean plants leading out from the patio. The main floor also contains a convenient half-bathroom, washing machine and a parking space in front of the villa suitable for a car or golf cart.

The stairs lead upstairs to two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a walk-in closet and has a US King-size bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a US Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms with contemporary finishes including rain-showers and large mirrors. The Master Bedroom leads out to a balcony with spectacular water views of the hills. The second bedroom leads out to a large balcony with garden views. Both bedrooms also have dressers and plenty of storage space.

The villa is located with 3-4 minutes walk to the North Finger beach and with 10 minutes golf cart ride from one of the best beaches in Antigua the Jolly Harbour Beach. Jolly Harbour is a gated community with 24-hour security and a variety of amenities such as: large swimming pool, tennis courts, squash court, fitness gym and golf course. The community also includes a large supermarket, a commercial center with restaurants, banks, ATM’s/bank machines, pharmacy, hairdresser/beauty salon, souvenir shops, car rentals, golf cart rentals, real estate agents, boat companies, tour operators, etc.

Jolly Harbour is conveniently located only 30 minutes away from the airport, 25 minutes from St. John (the capital) and 40 minutes from English Harbour by car or taxi. Jolly Harbour is located on the west of the island bordering the Caribbean Sea where you’ll find some of the best beaches in Antigua: Jolly Harbour, Fryers, Darkwood and Turners.
