“Return to Paradise” We have never returned to stay in the same place twice, but Yepton Estate is so special we just wanted to go back again and we are likely to do so again in the future. Gabby and Douglas are fantastic hosts and really understand what clients are seeking. The cottages are freshly painted each year and are immaculately maintained, comfortably furnished and the kitchen we'll equipped. We normally stay at 5 star hotels but the simple cottage provides a home from home but in the paradise of antigua. Everything we need for a quiet self catering holiday is provided (beach chairs, cooler box, deck hammock, BBQ, local mobile phone, reservations at restaurants through Gabby's referral). The location is perfect, central to the islands best beaches on the west coast, with a 5 minute walk through grounds to a perfect Caribbean beach. Access to the property is hidden and secure as you have to pass Gabby and Douglas home. This is simply the best self catering accommodation on antigua. Small is beautiful and Yepton's five cottages are the most beautiful of all.

“fantastic holiday at Friars Hill” Myself my husband and 2 children aged 12 yrs and 1 yr stayed at Friars Hill Oct 2010 The apartment was spotlesss, comfortable and had everything that you need, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are doubles and huge wardrobes and a/c. The island itself is georgeous and the beaches amazing, Long island was a favourite of ours as with children gentle waters and shade! the bar there sells great cocktails! I would also recommend the surf n turf at the waterfront which is near Sandals. We hired a car and drove around the Island which is a must and Shirley Heights is great! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will be back again very soon, I would recommend this accomodation above any other!
