From the owner

Ffryes Villa is situated within a small exclusive development. Heavenly tranquil beaches, boutique shops, bars, several restaurants, 18 hole golf course, various leisure pursuits along with excursions are all within strolling distance. The capital city St John's and English Harbour are both an easy 15 minute drive.

The Villa is designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas that extend the internal space. All principal rooms open to covered well furnished external areas, creating an ambiguous edge between the inside and outside, ideally suited for tropical living and enjoying the cooling breeze and glorious sunshine. It has a full size swimming pool.

The villa benefits from two double and one twin bedroom all with en suite shower/bathrooms. The open plan living area is perfect for either families, groups of friends or couples. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are in both the living and bedrooms.

Comfort and convenience are paramount in any stay away from home, whether you just need to relax and recharge or you are looking to explore a new and exotic location, you are sure to have a dream Caribbean holiday.

Please note that as of October 2021 there has been a new Tourist Levy implemented. All guests are required to pay $US 5 per person 6 years and older per night. This will be collected by the property owner and remitted to the government of Antigua. This cost is not included in you holiday price.

Our local manager is contactable to assist with any problem you may encounter and to give local advice. The villa is next door to the Sugar Ridge Resort, which has a car hire office, a spa, bars and restaurants, including Carmichael's which has a panoramic view of the Jolly Harbour area.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carolyn and Alastair (the owner) a message.

    If Carolyn and Alastair (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
