Treat yourself to unsurpassed views onto Zihuatanejo Bay! Every room in this contemporary penthouse offers the panoramic beauty of the bay of Zihuatanejo.

Soak up the sun from your private plunge pool or one of the community’s two infinity pools with lounging areas and full bay views. Indulge in icy margaritas as you savor a warm-colored sunset from the patio’s handcrafted rocking chairs. Dine out at one of Zihua’s great restaurants. We can recommend several: do you prefer toes-in-the-sand dining or elegant cuisine? Or cook for yourself in the stainless steel/granite kitchen lovingly stocked.

Two beautifully-decorated bedrooms and en suites promise relaxing nights for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a Mexican-style platform bed (king size), backed by a generous dressing table/desk area. Sliding wooden shutters and glass doors show off the view from a third terrace or close for complete privacy and restful darkness. This room offers satellite television. The guest bedroom can be comfortably configured with two twin beds or one king size bed. Here, too, you have privacy shutters and glass doors on the large bay-view window. The generous desk in this room is perfect for your computer. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space and built-in shelving for your clothing. Each bedroom’s en suite bathroom features marble sinks, handcrafted cabinetry, and a huge indoor-outdoor shower. A spacious half-bath is found on the first floor.

La Casa Vista Bahia penthouse is located on the upper floors (with elevator) of luxury complex La Casa Que Ve Al Mar. Renowned architect Enrique Zozaya designed Casa Que Ve Al Mar and returned to create this penthouse for indoor-outdoor living. Architect Luis Trevino designed the custom wood furnishings. High-end decorative materials and finishes abound: marble, granite, custom stonework, specialized paint techniques, and glass doors. Original art and handicrafts from Patzcuaro and San Miguel de Allende are found in every room. The guest bedroom features an extensive collection of artisan crosses. The living-dining area has contemporary, comfortable furnishings and artisan accessories. Both SkyTV and an iPod docking station are located here. Wireless internet and air conditioning are available throughout the penthouse. The kitchen offers full-size stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and high-end cooking supplies. Located nearby is a niche with stackable washer and dryer.

La Ropa beach is a short walk from the penthouse. Zihuatanejo is a 10-minute ride by car, and taxis will arrive within minutes. Ixtapa is about 15 minutes by car. Troncones Beach, beloved by surfers, is 30 minutes away.

You determine the level of pampering that you desire during your stay. Will you rent a car so that you can explore on a whim (covered parking is available to you), or do you prefer airport pick-up and delivery and taxi service? Would you like to have fresh flowers awaiting you? Groceries? Deep sea fishing or guided tours? These can be arranged. Are you content to roam in Zihua, or would you like recommendations for dining, shopping, activities? Maid service twice per week will be included in the cost of your stay.
