“Luxury Living in Paradise!” Our family had the pleasure of staying at Cameron and Fiora's incredible Sayulita home in Sayulita. The house is amazing, the location is amazing, the view is amazing, the town is amazing and the surfing is amazing. If there was a stronger word than amazing, I would use that instead. The home is close enough to hear the ocean but far enough away so that we didn't hear the noise from town. The "birds and the breeze" is what we started calling it after the first day. I can't say enough good things about our time in Sayulita and how much we loved Magia. We'll be returning very soon. Thanks Cameron and Fiora for a wonderful time.

“Beutiful views of Banderas bay with all the comforts of home.” After years of visiting PV, we finally found a gem - la Cruz de huanacaxtle. The Alamar is a great condo complex. We really enjoyed the layout and privacy that Amura 1 provided. We could open the the huge sliding glass doors, making the covered patio an extended part living room and dining room. The breeze off the ocean was refreshing. We rented a car which afforded us a lot of options, but it is not necessary. They have a shuttle service that will bring you to and from the lower private beach club. The is also a super infinity pool in the center of the two towers. We were lucky enough to have a plunch pool on our patio which we used often. We loved the town, there are some great restaurants and excellent music within walking distance. Our favorite activity was the market at the marina on Sundays. We bought fresh food, clothing and jewlery. Also eveyday the marina sells fresh seafood. The prices are very affordable. While we had a few very minor problems, the property manager was always available and sent someone to fix it within 24 hours. The security is excellent. We felt very safe there. Yes we would love to come back again!

“Beautiful luxury condo!” We just came back from a wonderful month spent at the Cobalto condo. We had visited the condo last year when we were in Nuevo Vallarta and knew that the condo and the setting were exceptional and spending time in this dream place confirmed that we had made the right decision. First of all, the dealings with Ian, the owner, were very efficient. Ian replied promptly to all our emails and questions. We couldn't wait to get to the condo and when we walked in, we found it even more beautiful than what we remembered from our visit. At our arrival, we were met with alex, the property manager, who as closeby throughout our stay in case we needed assistance. The condo is extremely well appointed and equiped with beautiful furniture. The bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. Once you step outside, the ocean is right there in front of you. Our favorite moments were sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the boats leave the marina and just looking at morning activity on the beach. The sunsets from the balcony were also magnificient. The building is very well maintained with security at the door. The condo is located in an area which is surrounded by a number of restaurants, convenience store and within walking distance to Paradise Plaza which is great for a nice stroll for coffee, lunch and shopping. No need to rent a car during your stay. For those who prefer taking the bus to the Plaza, the bus stop is only a few feet away from the condo entrance and that is also where to get the bus to Puerto Vallarta. There is a taxi stand closeby. We truly enjoyed our stay!
