No shady guys or "enterprises" posing as owners, just the good old North American way of doing business. QUINTA PERA is my refuge, a bright, cozy and sunny 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo located in Ixtapa, a world-class resort. It is just 10 minutes away from the beach and just 2 minutes away from a network of dedicated bike trails (16 km or 10 miles long). It is 20 minutes away from an International airport and only 5 kms (3 miles) away from the beautiful and picturesque fishing town of Zihuatanejo. Quinta Pera displays several windows, AC, roof fans, low consumption light bulbs, WIFI and pool area. It's location on the 1st floor provides nice views of the gardens and the street. It is located in a quiet, safe and beautiful residential neighborhood, only 3 blocks away from the beautiful Pacific Ocean and the fine golden sands of Palmar beach (10 minute walk). It's also only one block (5 minute walk) from Ixtapa's downtown where you can find coffee shops, casual and fine restaurants, great variety of local shops, handcrafts, a movie theater, local sports bars, and fantastic nightlife.
